How can I get started with Cardu Mailer™?

1) Start a free trial here.
2) Once you have completed the account for your trial, you can set up a member/customer database. This is the audience you can send emails to.
3) Compose newsletters or marketing emails and send them.
4) The free trial will last for 30 days. You can subscribe to the service at any time.

Can I set my own email address as the sender?

During the free trial you can use @cardutrial.com by default. If you need to try with your own domain, you can contact support at [email protected].
After the free trial, you can naturally set your own domain as the sender.

What is the pricing for Cardu Mailer™?

The monthly price is 19€, including 500 emails sent. If you need more quota, the charge is 0.5€ per additional 100 emails. You can visit our Pricing page for more information.

Is there a limit to sending emails?

During the free trial, the number of emails is limited to 1000. Once you’re subscribed, there are no limits to the amount of emails.

Is there a limit to customer data?

There are no limits for customer data.

Can I see open rates and other data for my campaigns?

Once an email has been sent, you can view the delivery and engagement data as follows:
● Delivery: Emails sent, emails delivered, blocked, bounced
● Engagement: Opens, clicks, unsubscribes, spam reports

How do I import my customer data to Cardu Mailer™?

You can import contacts from Excel or CSV file, and segment them into different target groups. The file import supports adding, updating, and removing customers.
